Q: How do I get promoted? A: Upon receiving a shout in #events by a HR for a Training, head over to the provided game link, attend the training and if you do exceptionally well, you'll be promoted! Note there's a 24-hour wait per-rankup. Q: What is the "CODEX" and where do I find it?

Q: There's an exploiter in BangClaw, what do I do?
A: Report them in #hr-assistance with sufficient proof, once submitted, one of our "BangClaw Helpers" will assist you in removing the exploiter from the game.

Q: What should I do if a MR/HR/SR is abusing?
A: Collect sufficient evidence, like above, yet this time you'll message any available General+ with the proof.

Q: My tokens were reset on BangClaw, help..
A: Contact one of our Developers in DMs and they'll resolve it swiftly.

Q: I got demoted for no reason, who do I contact?
A: Contact one of our HRs for the explicit reason you were demoted.

Q: How do I join a division?
A: Join our Divisions Discord located in #robine-discords for further information in the correct channel.

Q: I accidentally left the group! Can I get my rank restored?
A: We can only restore your rank if you can supply is with proof that it's been less than 7 days since you left the group. Otherwise, we can not help!
